@HelloFreshUK I find it diabolical that I’ve been charged for a box I didn’t receive (you cancelled it), and now I am being held hostage, only allowed to redeem the credit for a new box, not a refund. This can’t be legal? I don’t like the recipes, I don’t want to be forced to buy

@marksandspencer bought this broccoli today in Cheltenham, its beginning to rot, smells horrific and is slimed. Not really what I expect from M&S food!
@GWRHelp I’m trying delay repay for the chaos at Paddington today, I arrived hours late, but the train I wanted doesn’t show up on the delay repay website, I got a later train, but technically that was only 10 mins delayed, despite me waiting at the station got over 2 hours!

@Dreams_Beds I bought a new bed a month ago and have been having issues with it, because it has a metal bar running through the middle (vertically, not just horizontally) which is giving me major pain. I’m now stuck with either a bed that hurts, or no bed!
@johnlewishelp Thank you. Very frustrating experience though, the sample was the old sample and was an entirely different product, whilst I got a refund, your staff didn’t understand why it was frustrating that I had to pay for more parking, and drive over 45 mins each way to get there!
@JohnLewisRetail bought a duvet in store, got home and it’s different to the sample we picked, but they said no returns. Will I be able to return or exchange for the right one (haven’t taken it out the packaging. Pictured the duvet we thought we were buying!

Daily reminder for anyone looking to buy a high value item like an iPad from @amazon, don’t bother, they’ll rip you off. They have a major fraud problem within their business but refuse to accept it, or treat their customers with respect.
@AmazonHelp got delivered a tablecloth instead of an iPad and stylus over a week ago. You asked me to return it for a full refund, I know you’ve received the item from but still no refund. Looks like it’s time for a Section 75 dispute. You don’t care
