I'm voicing concerns of CAs in India and abroad. They are the gatekeepers of our businesses and crisis managers, operationalizing government policies. Despite their crucial role, they feel threatened, with privacy and confidentiality at risk.

I urge a CA Protection Act to safeguard them.

The Big Four (Deloitte, PWC, E&Y, and KPMG) dominate India's audit scene, with huge mandates. We must encourage Indian CA firms to grow and reduce their influence.

Update – Rajasthan High Court (Jodhpur Bench)

On the matter of Tax Audit Due Date Extension, the Hon’ble Court has directed an interim order that:

- Considering technical glitches and pendency
- Respondents are required to issue a notification extending the due date for filing of tax audit report
- The facility to file audit reports must be made fully operational.
- Due date to be extended for 30 days- 31st October
Next date of hearing 27th October.

मुझे ये समझ नहीं आता कि इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न फाइलिंग का पोर्टल इतना कमजोर क्यों हैं ? या फिर हम IT software के मामले में ही कमजोर हैं? 
बात सिर्फ ITR फाइलिंग के आख़िरी दिन का नहीं है। इससे पहले भी कई बार ITR  फाइलिंग के दौरान portal में error आना आम बात है ।
हर साल का ये रोना है।

आखिरी दिन में भीड़ बढ़ जाने की बात ही मान लिया जाय तो क्या हम पोर्टल ऐसा नहीं बना सकते जो 24 घंटे में 70 लाख users का लोड आसानी से ले सके?
बता दूं कि पिछले साल डेडलाइन के आखिरी 24 घंटे में 69.92 लाख ITR फाइल हुए थे ।
