Request to all CM and @PMOIndia @pushkardhami to make stringent laws to regulate interest rates charged by informal money lenders. These money lenders charge the interest upto 50-60% p.a and the recipient will fall in a vicious cycle of debt trap. It's important for our economy.

Whether ROI filed under sec 139(8A) of IT act will be considered as valid return while reckoning prev 3 AY for the provison of sec 194N as belated return & revised is considered in 194N . Law specifically laid 139(1) time limit. @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman
