@BTCare Rita, you know full well that you and I have already conversed via PM. So yes, SHOCKING indeed!!! For the 100th time, an engineer has not entered my property this morning, my internet is still painfully slow & I'd like to speak to someone in your UK customer care team please!!!
SO disgusted with your customer service, @bt_uk - or lack of! Promised 3 phone calls of which only 1 happened (and 24 hours later than agreed), AND I've waited in for an engineer today, who hasn't turned up. FUMING doesn't cover it!
Absolutely appalling behaviour seen at your terminal 1 security gate, @DublinAirport. Your male staff member was aggressive and a downright bully - so much so, other customers had to intervene! It’s very obvious your supervisor had little interest too. I’m disgusted.
