@alphafox Skiing/snowboarding are expensive sports. The reason not much is stolen is because “most” theft is a result of poverty. The only poor people doing winter sports are the ones working for the resorts. Btw I spent years working at Park City and gear does get stolen.

@markburns4RE @dig_deeper1 Residential doesn’t require inspection, probably a fine line with 4 plex, but considering that they can be financed non commercial I’d lean on no inspections.
