@DrKristieLeong I am truly a bean convert. You can eat them so many ways and add them to pretty much any dish to enhance it. They are indeed mini fibre bombs!

When I spoke to Sleep Expert Dr Michael Breus, he pointed out something most of us never consider.
After a full night’s sleep, you can lose close to a litre of water just through breathing. That means you wake up dehydrated.
And because caffeine is a diuretic, making coffee your first drink can make that worse.
