@rainnwilson It's been a while, but I am pretty sure I voted for you. While you are at, I would love a recount on the school team name, I am pretty sure Trevians did not win the day.
@comcastcares 2/2 Last time I contacted they said they were closed! Then tech pretended to know networking, but didn't know the difference between a modem and a router or a MAC and IP. What the hell is going on there? I have been dealing with this crap for a month.
@comcastcares Just waited 3 hours for a call back, which was supposed to happen in 5 minutes, from someone who might know what they are doing. I followed up with support 3 times. First time they had the wrong number, fixed that then I was told it would be another hour. 1/2
@comcastcares I have been having very high latency (up to 6000ms) and lots of packet loss for several weeks. I can not get anyone who understands basic networking on the line at Comcast. The support is a total disaster. Is there a better way to get help
@alexlindsay The stars of the show have no excuse for the crap video of themselves, but having been interviewing people remotely now has been really challenging. Walking people through the basics of how to set the most basic things up remotely is miserable. And the Internet is broken.
@NETGEAR I have worked in IT for a very long time, and I have to say Netgear takes it up a level with terrible customer service. My Netgear login has broken, and they are so intent on avoiding providing service, there seems to be absolutely no way to contact them.
@petermckinnon I know this is not the sexiest topic of all, but I would love to know how you go about archiving all of your projects. Managing all the video sprawl is challenging, I would love to see your workflow around this.
