Lucas Di Benedetto was just arrested by ICE in Massachusetts.

He was arrested by local police last week after he CRASHED into a police car while drunk, sending a cop to the hospital.

Sanctuary MA then immediately RELEASED him on $500 bail.

Today he showed up for a court hearing and ICE was waiting for him.
