@JacobsBen Whilst the Azteca record is very impressive, it is largely overhyped. They’ve beaten 1 team in the top 15 since 2000.
England will comfortably beat them I think.
✍️We’re delighted to confirm the permanent signing of midfielder Ethan Brierley from Premier League club Brentford!
Comments from Sporting Director Chris Markham and Head Coach Martin Drury ⬇️
Welcome to Huddersfield, Ethan! 💙

@DaleJohnsonBBC Why don’t you do one of your agenda-driven VAR reviews like you did all season?
Accept the rule is crap. Red for all or none. He did the same as Almiron. Nobody knows what either said. At that point, the rule becomes refereed by the players and whether they choose to cry wolf
@Dwardy6@DasBrudinski@Trentvilla1 What are you talking about? The offside takes place AFTER the foul? Prince takes a shot from the floor (onside at this phase of play) and the ball strikes Semenyo who is in an offside position
If VAR gives the Konsa foul, decision is penalty. The foul takes place before offside
@Carra23 Ffs the media are unbearable. You’ve drawn a game of football. He was the bravest man in the world after the second half vs Croatia. Just give it a rest. He will get that England squad into the latter stages and possibly win it. Stop whinging about everything that isn’t perfect
@BBCMOTD Did his research😂😂 One of the best penalty takers in football decided he’d change his approach to taking penalties to try and tempt the keeper off his line? So if he missed he could retake it? Rather than just using his normal technique which scores nearly every time. Bollocks
@DavidMthethwa5@DaleJohnsonBBC Tbh mate I couldn’t care less. It’s just boring digesting such biased reporting nowadays
It’s not a spectrum of how bad offences & decisions are. They’re either right or wrong. A number of the decisions City benefited from vs Brentford were incorrect. Big teams benefit from VAR
@BroadcastMoose@footymum73 Aren’t you supposed to be a married man?
You work in media so you are fully aware that people can see these strange responses you’ve been sending over the last few weeks/months
@StokeyyG2 Oh yeah, Mr Southampton himself 😂 Done an interview in pre season saying he needs Prem football to get back into the England team. He’ll be the first out the door in summer
Proper cunt of a bloke. Decent defender but thinks hes far better than he is, cost Saints numerous goals
@BBCMOTD State of these comments. The world is now full of the most docile minded people ever. They all do and absorb what they’re told by biased reporting.
Make a video of Simeone being on the pitch several times and influencing the referee.
I couldn’t understand us letting him go at the time. He has been brilliant for York and his future lies at a lot higher level than League Two, let alone the NL
@Blooooobirds@Hewy42670388@CardiffCityFC Not at all, I’m delighted to be proven wrong.
I still think we need to address so defensive frailties that exist under his stewardship, but he has completed the assignment he was given, so he has proven my previous comment wrong. Well done BBM.
@secondtierpod Football is a weird game.
He’s about 40 yards out, Oxford had 1 shot all game to that point, and I think every Cardiff fan knew where that ball was ending up as it was rolled to Brannagan. Sealed our fate.
Do not overlook @CallumRobinson7 contribution when he came on.
Picked up some very intelligent positions (as he always does - cut above every player at this level & lots above at that part of the game). Clever flick for the goal and that could be the one to get us over the line
@CardiffCityFC These last 3 minutes have been fucking disgraceful. Embarrassing defending.
Break on 3v3 and Kellyman finds touch. He’s been abysmal by his standards
@CardiffCityFC Terrible start has cost us. We’ve bossed the game for about 35 minutes. Poor refereeing and defending for the goal.
Tanner has been painfully frustrating and Colwill is having one of his games where he’s way below the level.
Robertson petulant and will now need to be subbed
