🚨 ANOTHER QUIET RESIGNATION TO AVOID ACCOUNTABILITY?
Durham Regional Police Deputy Chief Chris Kirkpatrick is now being reported as having resigned following his suspension earlier this year over allegations tied to racist comments during an internal meeting.
There’s still no clear public update on the outcome of the investigation — and that’s where the concern starts.
Former police officer Paul Manning says he has filed a complaint with the DRPS Board and LECA, and received a response saying “ he’s resigned now, we can no longer investigate”.
Paul Manning is now arguing that resignation doesn’t erase potential criminal liability. He’s pushing for the investigation to continue regardless of whether the Deputy Chief is still employed.
This is the pattern people are questioning. When senior officers step down mid-investigation, does it lead to real accountability — or does it quietly close the door before the public ever gets answers?
If there’s evidence, the focus shouldn’t be on resignation. It should be on whether investigators follow through.
Anything less risks undermining public trust.
I also visited the DRPS right after the allegations were made public and I was met with threats of arrest for filming on property I never stepped on.
@HamiltonPolice has this police officer been ticketed yet or are you one of those police services who couldn't care less about pedestrian safety or how their members drive?
(@NorthlyHamilton)
@TheGOATJohanson@TPSMyronDemkiw@joe_warmington@TorontoPolice The sooner Humpty Dumpty Demkiw grabs his golden parachute and scrams, the sooner Toronto Police turns a page. The public is doubtful about how things could be different but, one thing's for sure, Demkiw is just about the most useless member of the Toronto Police in a long while.
Ontario requires an open public Inquiry into all Police Services that includes whistle-blower protection.
With evidence of corruption at top levels, our legal system has yet to establish a trusted mechanism to expose it.
🚨 In a Wild Moment Man Bites Police K9 Back! 😳
📍 FLORENCE, ALABAMA 46 year old David Culliver is seen pinned against a car during a struggle with Florence police when a K9 is deployed and bites his leg and Culliver actually bites the dog back!
Police say this all started while they were serving a search warrant on North Locust Street and Culliver was not part of the investigation but walked over to question what was happening. Officers claim he ignored repeated warnings to stay back and that is when they moved in to arrest him. Now the community is pushing.
“Nine officers filed conduct complaints against the chief over an 11-week period between June and September 2025. In the submissions, at least eight officers alleged workplace toxicity under Bruce’s leadership.” https://t.co/nvvRYAAJVi
@TPSMyronDemkiw cares about one thing, himself. He will not leave without a golden parachute.
He's willing to embarrass @TorontoPolice, every last one of them, the criminals and the more decent ones, until he's paid large.
An escort & Brass Rail Stripper named Yandi told me she would party with the #TorontoPolice. She said instead of shaking hands to greet them, they would shake their dicks, but it goes beyond sex. The Toronto Police have child prostitutes working for them as early as 12 years old.
@mobinfiltrator These ticketing games can end up wreaking havoc in the lives of participating cops. Some become so affected by the fallout that they turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
@mobinfiltrator@ChrisLewisLLS@ctvottawa@AmyChantal76432 What Dallas Mack's Crown Attorney Office allows to proceed in criminal court while some things don't even hit their desk will seriously upset people in Ottawa and elsewhere.
However, there's an abuse of process Crown to do something about it, amirite?
When is this useless chief @TPSMyronDemkiw going to scram. He probably couldn't even complete a fitness test.
Myron, you're an embarrassment to Toronto and an embarrassment to decent police officers. Go grab your golden parachute and your jelly rolls, and be on your way.
I was pleased to host police Commissioners and major city Chiefs at @TorontoPolice HQ today. We met to continue strengthening our existing integration and partnerships across law enforcement. Police agencies are working collaboratively to keep Canadians safe and to address shared challenges in our communities.
@TPSMyronDemkiw On the other hand Myron, you are the very worst of the Toronto Police Service. A Humpty Dumpty character of no use to anyone but yourself. Tske a fat golden parachute and go buy yourself some donuts. But, more importantly to Toronto, get lost.
