The government got its heavy hand on America’s throat right now. Energy costs climbing, our defense foundations eroding, and China plus them in the Middle East moving full speed while we stuck in endless reviews, lawsuits, and bureaucratic nonsense.

Permitting reform is not some side conversation. This is national security.
McKinsey saying up to $1.5 trillion in investments is stalled waiting on federal approval. Fix it and we looking at as much as $2.4 trillion added to our GDP while protecting our economy from global energy shocks.

We cannot keep depending on foreign countries for the critical minerals we need to build batteries and precision weapons.

That is how you leave America exposed and weak.

Senators Alan Armstrong and Tom Cotton been speaking the truth on this.

Now the rest of these Republicans in Congress need to put this nation first and pass real permitting reform.

Every time I start taking Florida for granted, I look at what’s happening up in Portland and immediately thank God for our state line, our sanity, and our Governor. 🙏

Portland used to be a decent city; now it’s just an open-air theater for performative virtue-signaling where trust-fund socialists in $400 organic hemp boots lecture you on the evils of capitalism before getting picked up by their new mom in his Transbaru Forester.

It’s an absolute wonderland of soy-infused absurdity. You’ve got stick-deodorant-refusing hipsters who won't order a piece of chicken at a restaurant until they’ve read its full resume, reviewed its emotional wellness journal, and confirmed it died a fulfilled life. You can’t even get a drip coffee without an iPad screen asking for a 30% tip and a 10-minute safe-space debriefing because you accidentally used the wrong tone.

Between the furries walking asexual ferrets on leashes in full custom fursuits on a Tuesday afternoon, people wearing patch-covered denim like armor, and the constant threat of getting publicly shamed for forgetting your reusable tote bag, the whole place looks like an experiment in collective brain rot. Meanwhile, half the city is an open-air tent encampment, and drivers will literally stop at a green light to wave a squirrel across four lanes of traffic.

Down here in Florida, we absolutely do care — and we care enough to make sure that madness never crosses our border. Keep your artisanal knot-tying, neon hair, micro-labels, and soft-headed policies far away from our shores!

We’re raising families, backing up boat trailers, starting generators, and keeping this land free and sane. Thank God for the Sunshine State and the strong people holding the line. 🌴🐊🐚
