Been pretty busy these last couple of days here out in the country. But I finally finished the #javascript section at #freeCodeCamp
The algorithm scripting and projects were fun and educational. Gonna try to get back to my everyday routine and program more #100DaysOfCode
I'm liking the .map, .filter and .reduce methods from the Array.prototype now that I got the hang of it. Felt like this in the beginning tho, #Javascript to the left, me to the right. And the methods on my head.

Day 26 in #100DaysOfCode
This book is really thick. Not gonna be able to finish it this week. But hey, it is what it is. But besides that Iβm close to finishing the #javascript algorithm part on #freeCodeCamp
Love the brain exercise!!
Day 25 in #100DaysOfCode
Another chapter smashed. This one was about Events and how the Event object works. Pretty similar to "addActionListener" from Java, with a little splash of the Exception Class. Good read. Thanks book <3 #javascript#webdevelopment
@mhayyan1297 @maeganwilson_ @freeCodeCamp But if you have a Raspberry Pi you can just work with that also. Very easy to get blinking LEDs and such on a Pi π€·ββοΈ
Day 24 in #100DaysOfCode
Going hard on DOM. How the API works. How the browser builds up the tree in the memory and how to access those objects! Also learned how to prevent cross-site scripting attacks and such. #webdevelopment
Well.. learned more about the window and document object model today. It clicked and now itβs pretty clear what it is and what it does. And yeah, I wish I could read as good as this kid! #slowReader#100DaysOfCode#webdevelopment#javascript
@hannah_livnat Iβll get back at ya when Iβm done. But so far itβs a pretty good read. Easy to follow, easy to understand examples and the layout is a pleasure for my eyes πββοΈπ€·ββοΈ
Day 22 in #100DaysOfCode
Two chapters and some exercises done. This book focuses more on the front-end than the other books that Iβve read. Like the interaction between #javascript and the DOM. How the browser represents the web page in form of a tree in the memory etc πββοΈπͺβ€οΈ
Day 21 in #100DaysOfCode
Just finished YDKJS Up & Going. Good book for beginners with easy to understand examples. Also small intros to bigger and important concepts like scopes, closures etc. But they are explained more indepth in other books. 5/5 #javascript#webdevelopment
@alyd789 I would highly recommend the book βComputer Networking: A Top-Down Approachβ. This one is one of the best books Iβve read when it comes to computer networking. It goes deep into every IP/TCP layer and much more! Good luck πͺπ¨βπ»
