@Laurensalt0025 You may wanna watch out with @HRBlock. I just had one of their managers for their customer service team tell me to use @TeamTurboTax instead of resolving a bug they acknowledged wrongly billed me an extra $10!

@gretavanfiend @HRBlock That's crazy! I had an H&R Block manager tell me she was condoning agents calling customers rude names. I guess their policy is that rather than rectify an issue over a $10 payment they advise customers to use @TeamTurboTax instead!

She told me she wasn't going to do anything to resolve my $10 issue, and would rather lose my business to @TeamTurboTax for life! I've got a few decades in me yet - seems like bad business!
