@NCDOT - I just moved to NC, waited 3 months for an appt to get a Real ID, drove almost 2 hours (each way) to get to the appt. got my ID in the mail. It's not a Real ID. Now being told I have to go back to the DMV in person with all my docs again to fix. Rediculous!

Hey @amazon! We bought a waterproof delivery box from you to keep packages safe from the weather (as advertised in the various options for these delivery boxes). The box even says "deliveries" in large capital letters! They still throws things on wet porch. Please use it!
