@DFSCare We bought a sofa on credit 3 years back, the price lowered whilst we awaited our sofa and the store agreed to partial refund our credit account. we are now looking to pay the balance off but that partial refund was never applied. is there a store email i can contact?

@MicrosoftHelps my son ordered a minecraft pack with his pocket money. The money has gone, but the coins and pet pack never came. I can see on here others have had the same issue with the same pack and yet you have refused to refund?

This has to be a joke right? We've just payed over £100 for a family room with a young child to have to listen to a nightclub party until 2am? How is this even acceptable for a hotel? @TravelodgeUK the video doesn't do the noise justice!

@Bensons_Care was sold your matress protection with our mattress. Our dog just had an accident and I've started a claim and they can't come look until 23rd Jan. In the meantime I'm supposed to sleep on a urine covered mattress that I'm not allowed to clean as invalidates warranty

@fesshole Had this once when I ordered some pee pots for the dog. We eneded up needing the vets before they came and I was honest with amazon. They refunded and said we can keep them 🤣 not sure why anyone would want to order 50 pee pots just to have a freebie!

Have submitted a request on the website for missing bricks, hope it works. However if there was 1 job you needed to get right, it's making sure Day 1 on the advent calendar had the correct item 🤦🏻‍♀️
