I am very concerned about the decision of the Serbian court of first instance to extradite Belarusian activist Andrey Gnyot to #Belarus. Andrey is at risk in Belarus of human rights violations, deprivation of liberty & torture for political reasons. I appeal to the court of second instance & the Serbian Minister of Justice not to extradite Andrey to Belarus & to allow him to leave Serbia. I also call on the international community to support him.

I am appalled by the verdict of the Kobani case.

Erdoğan’s regime has a servile judiciary that keeps the opposition locked so that he can stay in power.

With the EU-Turkey deal, the EU member states avoid their duty of providing refuge while funding an authoritarian gvt. Shame.

Our young green colleague Cihan was arrested back in 2020 and included in the process of the Kobani trial.

He was able to flee to Canada after more than 200 days unlawful arrest.

Today, he has been sentenced to 16 years of prison.
