@CZamboglou@alison_tree@SprakerMDPhD@jryckman3 Fully agree, with what we know so far, an adequate GTV detection/delination and achieving the best possible minimum coverage of that GTV seem to be the two most crucial factors to get the best outcomes with focal boosting.
@alison_tree@SprakerMDPhD@jryckman3 Indeed, Karolina Guricova showed that in the FLAME cohort the coldest spot to the GTV determines outcome when comparing near minimum dose D98% vs. median dose D50%.
