That they could not & would not assist me because of FCC regulations requiring me to go through my carrier as if I didn't try to go through them first.
So both @TMobile & @SamsungMobile said that I wasted my time & money purchasing my phone on @amazon I attempted to get an unlock code & the CSR @TMobile said that only phones purchased through T-Mobile are eligible to be unlocked, then the CSR at @SamsungMobile
