@RoyalMail I am trying to locate a parcel that is showing as delivered (tracking ref IV740897157GB) - there is no option in the app to dispute the delivery?
Two parcels were handed over but only one was for me.

@BritishGas pretty shocking service. No availability till Wednesday 14th, 8-month old at home, leak identified and no heating. First of 4 calls on Friday 9th. I will not be renewing my HomeCare plan on the 23rd.

@Dyson why is it taking 31 hours (and counting) to organise a repair for my Handheld Dyson? Why are they asking the same questions? The WhatsApp service is an utter waste of time.
