Fofana isn’t a starter for France.
Barco isn’t a starter for Argentina.
Henderson isn’t a starter for England.
Chavarria isn’t a starter for Spain.
Welbeck isn’t a starter for England.

And some Chelsea fans genuinely expect Alonso to perform miracles and challenge at the top with this level of squad depth and quality. 😂

I still believe Alonso is the right man for this job. For me, he’s the best manager in the league. But he can only work with what he has.

BlueCo are putting Alonso in a position where, if this goes wrong, he gets the blame for problems he didn’t create.

If Maresca didnt exile Chilwell because of Cucurella all in the name of he doesn’t want a galloping and overlapping full back,

Chiwell would still be at the club by now and he will get a chance to play in this Alonso team because Alonso is different from Maresca be he loves his Fullbacks to attack and overlap and thats Chilwell biggest strength

🚨 Sources close to former Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca reveal that he was promised significant backing if he delivered on the club’s objectives including securing a top-four finish and winning major honours.

Maresca fulfilled those expectations, guiding Chelsea to success, including the Club World Cup, and expected the club to take the next step in the project by strengthening key areas of the squad.

However, the Chelsea board reportedly informed him that the current squad was “good enough,” insisting the defensive options and overall depth did not require major additions.

This stance is believed to have caused growing frustration for Maresca. Internally, he repeatedly highlighted scenarios to stress the importance of reinforcements particularly pointing to how crucial Levi Colwill was to the team’s balance, while expressing concerns that alternative defensive options were not at the required level.

Sources claim Maresca even used press conferences and interviews to indirectly communicate these concerns, hoping to influence decision-making at board level.
Despite his efforts including requests for defensive reinforcements during the January window the club maintained their position and refused to act.

Reason we're dropping so many points at Home is because Stamford Bridge is a graveyard.

Library, worst crowd in the country, nobody supports, but all moan at the smallest things, creates a terrible atmosphere.

Feeds into the Chelsea players, instead of lifting them, giving them energy, we drain it from them, make our own players nervous.

Players have literally come out and said they prefer to play away, you will never hear any other teams players say this.

Man City get mocked for having no fans, but they have 100x better vibe and atmosphere than we do, and that's saying something.

Our stadium is packed with dinosaurs who chant we hate Tottenham at the start of games, and that's it, nothing else, then the rest is filled out by tourists who just there to record.

You dare try get a chant going, and you will be looked at as if you have a mental illness, I've never seen anything like it.

Every other team in English Football has something called Home Advantage, you're in a good position before you even kick off, you have 12 players against their 11.

Not Chelsea, plastic crowd, no soul, no noise, no support, moaning and groaning, drain energy from the team, we have a Home Disadvantage.

And that's why were close to matching the record set by a relegated Southampton for most points dropped at Home from winning positions.

Yesterday is the last game I will attend for a very long time, I already haven't been going for a while, but my mates dragged me out to come with them, not doing that again.

People will try comeback to this saying oh but this happens every where else too now in England, no, I promise you not to this level.

I remember even at Old Trafford for example, Ruben Amorim, as bad as he was, as terrible as he had the team playing, would still get loud chants for him and the team.

Our fanbase has become so entitled through the Abrahmovic era, that it's almost like unless we're at the top, we won't support, that's called being plastic, fake fans, maybe those oil club glory hunters accusations are right.
