ChurchGirlsRedefined

Church Girls shape, move, and mold the world. It's time we got back to the women God called us to be: Authentic. Transparent. Holy. Sisterly. Called.

[Pope Leo XIV @Pontifex]

I would like to thank all those who have prayed for me in recent days. I wish to express my particular gratitude to the doctors, nurses and all the staff of the Gemelli Hospital. This experience has made me feel particularly close to all those who are living with illness or infirmity. Now that I have overcome this delicate phase I will gradually resume my activities, always with God’s help and your prayers.

You've been faithful in the hallway. Don't lose your faith standing inches from the door!

[Real Talk Kim @RealTalkKim]

You're not stuck! You're being positioned for something your old mindset couldn't handle!

Dr. Luigi Carbone and Professor Stefano Margaritora have provided the following update on the Pope’s postoperative recovery:

This morning, the Holy Father underwent the blood tests and chest X-ray scheduled after surgery. The results confirm that his postoperative recovery is progressing normally: the values are within the expected range for the type of operation performed.

The Holy Father has undergone respiratory physiotherapy and has begun walking around his room. He has resumed eating normally and had breakfast and lunch.

His recovery is proceeding as expected.

25 years have passed since September 11, 2001. A generation has grown up in the years since, but our responsibility to remember has not changed.

We remember the people who went to work that morning and never came home, and we remember the families who have carried their memories every day since.

We will continue to tell their stories, honor their lives, and express our enduring gratitude for the heroism shown that day.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those of you who lost loved ones on this day twenty-five years ago. As we remember and honor those who gave their lives on 9/11, let's also remember that our hope in any situation is Jesus Christ. We pray that you know this hope and the comfort that only Christ can give.

“May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.” -2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

In memory of the 25th anniversary of 9-11, I wanted to spotlight the heroic women of that day and beyond. "25 Years Later, The Women Of 9/11 Still Show Us How To Lead In Crisis" via @forbes https://t.co/PBu3ke9NJC #NeverForget #25thAnniversary #September11th

On this rainy morning of September 11, 2026, here in northern Virginia. I am reminded of the beautiful, crisp early fall morning of September 11, 2001. They are not the same. We, Americans are not the
same. As we reflect back on that awful day. Let us remember the good that rose up to defeat evil. And the American spirit that overcame the unthinkable. May we reach for one another with care, compassion and unity, once again. #NeverForget #911Anniversary

[Be A King @BerniceKing]

Twenty five years later, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families who continue to carry that loss, and all who responded with courage and compassion.

May remembrance move us beyond grief toward the work of healing humanity, rejecting hate, protecting human dignity, and creating the Beloved Community.

When you get alone with God and put Him first, the rest of your day will go much better. You will reap rich rewards and live the abundant life He has for you.

You cannot break a person who gets their strength from God!

Walking in love begins in our mind. Our thoughts, good or bad, have a tremendous impact on those around us. #JoyceQuote

You have to tap into God’s joy. You have to develop it and practice it.
