@ICICILombard The delay in claim intimation occurred due to genuine and unavoidable medical reasons. I have already submitted valid supporting documents, including medical certificates and hospital records, proving the circumstances that prevented timely claim reporting.
@ICICILombard My vehicle was covered under a Zero Depreciation Policy with ICICI Lombard General Insurance. However, the surveyor has clearly stated that a 20% deduction has been applied because the claim intimation was made 15 days after the accident.
Customers expect genuine support and refund protection, not restricted vouchers that expire without use.
Need refund to original payment mode and transparent policies.

Both tickets got cancelled due to waitlist. Instead of proper refund, redBus provided travel vouchers with very limited validity.
Even after trying different boarding points, destination points, and partial journey options, the vouchers are still not usable.
Then what is the actual benefit for customers who paid extra for “refund guarantee”?
Booked a train ticket through redBus with “Confirm/3X Refund Guarantee” by paying extra premium charges.
Ticket got cancelled due to waitlist, but instead of real refund they gave a travel voucher that expires in 7 days.
Customers pay premium charges expecting support during failed bookings, not restricted vouchers that can’t even be used properly.
This feels more like a marketing trap than a genuine refund guarantee.

I am sharing my personal experience with ICICI Lombard General Insurance� regarding vehicle insurance claim service.
Despite having a genuine accident case: 🔹 The garage provided an estimate of ₹28,000
Even after having Zero Depreciation Full Insurance
🔹 Only ₹6,000 claim was approved
🔹 The vehicle remained stuck in the garage for many days due to delay in claim approval

आज 4 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी FRT और JEn AEn सभी को बार बार सूचित करने के बावजूद भी घरों में अंधेरा है लाइट नहीं आई।
