Arkansas schools, colleges & universities are opening soon. Many off-campus student apartment leases begin August 1 & the parties begin. The state's vaccination rates for ages 12-24 are well below national averages & it is last in percentage of ages 65+ who are vaccinated.

For once Arkansas needs to get ahead of the Covid curve. With surpluses, the state should consider appropriating at least $25 million to @uamshealth to establish, staff & endow a "Covid Long-Haul" center with medical specialty training, patient care & research. @MikeWickline
