Implementation Plan for This Week

Infrastructure Improvements
Wrap two services as scheduled jobs (currently run locally):
Coin Data Fetcher – runs hourly
Market Data Fetcher – runs hourly
Goal: Automate and deploy these to run independently on a schedule.

RAG Integration (Initial Testing)
Perform light, exploratory testing of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Assess whether RAG could improve result quality.
Note: Full integration can be completed at a later stage.

Backtest + AI Re-integration
Reconnect the backtest and AI components with the original app infrastructure.
Store results in MongoDB (or existing database).
Ensure seamless flow within the existing ecosystem.

Orchestration Simplification
Consolidate existing .sh build scripts.
Create a single orchestration script/command to build and deploy everything more efficiently.

Backtest API Expansion
Extend current API routes to support:
Manual user-specified parameters (e.g., timeframe, coin selection).
These endpoints will also support future live trading functionality.
