@ATT Yea, did that and got boilerplate response that doesn’t address that the warehouse lost it, says they gave to carrier. And that the carrier never received it. @ATT@FedEx why ask me to go into DMs if not actually going to help, or at least establish processes to resolve situation
Ordered new iPhone, @att lost it in their warehouse. Given the runaround by them: said shipped Thursday, then Friday, then over the weekend, and again today. Even told @FedEx had it, but they never received, and there’s no way for @ATTHelp, they won’t even reach out to warehouse
