I don’t see how this solution provides the help I’m looking for otherwise. I need clarity on why my application has been rejected, why is that so hard to get.

@HMRCcustomers I have applied for a UTR number multiple times now and have been rejected each time for personal details being incorrect. I have made sure each time that my personal details match what my online tax account has on file. Please help.
