@STvSW@vkozoubenko@Flanker30MKI Well… this is where I admit I fucked up and I’m actually the true retard here.
I misread this comment and thought you said that the tank WOULD sink when it was full of fuel.
Truly my fault, and I’m sorry for accusing you of being the retard here.

@vkozoubenko@Flanker30MKI Ah, quite true, but it still weighs a ton in a small package . . . it wouldn't sink, but it still seems like it should be sitting lower as a question of displacement.
@STvSW@vkozoubenko@Flanker30MKI You sound like a complete fucking tool. You’re reading way too deep into something that is completely fabricated in your head.
The tanks are full of air. That is why they are floating.
You know why steel boats also float? Air.
Go take your Zoloft, fucking lunatic.
@heatloss1986@Brett_327@Flanker30MKI I've done some of the math now. It had to be empty, or mostly so. By eye, it's displacing only around 6-10 inches draft, max, of the 31.9 total. Ballparking the displaced volume, that only reflects the tank weight.

@STvSW@vkozoubenko@Flanker30MKI If you think that tank was full, you’re a complete retard. A full drop tank would sink. The jet fuel weighs less than the salt water, but the weight of the tank would make it sink regardless.
My point was there is clearly air inside of the tank.
@it_unprofession I literally promise you that this inspector knows way more about homes than you do, and a lot these problems will show up in the timeframe you own the house.
Part of inspection results is being able leverage a better price on the house so you can fix the issues he found
@BHuntingeek88@MickHlgan What the fuck are you even saying? The night sights and stock Glock sights do the same exact thing. The only difference is one you can see at night and the other you cannot.
