@mikelizquierdo_ @GeriSoc At 60 my mum had bloods/Dexa and recurrent foot infections. At 79 bloods/Dexa all improved, compared to when she was 60. And foot fully recovered. She joined council gym at 60 and does 14 classes a week. Mental and physical benefits. She has made her life full and very active.

@SophieNHSRN I worked nights, when school age, worked from home, split shift, telenurse, worked whilst they were at school/evenings. Once they got to high school I got back on career ladder and soon got back to where I was pre children. Don't feel trapped. Nursing can work around family ❤️❤️
