@TheHonestNFL Interestingly enough, Stoutland and the other coaches know a lot more about football than fans do. Doesn't guarantee they'll always be right but I'll pick their insights over armchair Willy.

Substitute softball for baseball and yes.

[Cory B. Russell @Cory_B_Russell]

Sometimes coaches (ME) can lose sight on how hard baseball is. I think it is important to not be frustrated at players when they don’t clutch up. Hitting is difficult, pitching is difficult, and playing defense is difficult. Having a POSITIVE influence is not difficult.

@EliManning No 1 youth coach pitch tip is to not lob it in on an arc.

[CJ Cyclones Softball @CJCcoach]

@CoachTarr I think it can be learned/taught by intentionally increasing awareness and also developing a culture where that is the norm. Some come from homes where a defensive or victim mentality is prevalent and it needs to be undone so they can have the confidence to be vulnerable.

It is important to get rid of and shitcan all the people who make it hard for you to breathe.

Each one of us only has so many breaths that we breathe in our lifetime. Make sure each and every breath is well spent!
