@BritishGas moved house two years ago and contacted 22 times to get smart meter connected. EVERY TIME you say engineer will contact.... nothing.

@Airbnb_uk We were burgled whilst staying in an @airbnb property in Spain and they were unable to find us suitable replacement accommodation. We had to do it ourselves and have received a bill for alternative property (that was far from what we wanted) that Airbnb will not contribute to.

@Earl_GreyT @Consider8Media @Airbnb I have kept all message lines open with @airbnb and @airbnb help the problem is they say they can do no more about my claim and close them but they are not addressing the issues.

Burgled and uncompensated by @airbnb with all my claims being closed without explanations. Stranding families in foreign countries is not ok!

@airbnb refuse to cover the costs of being burgled in their property and stranded in a foreign country for 7 days as a result.

@cowboyhank1982 @Airbnb At least you didn't arrive, then get burgled and having to find your own place to stay in a foreign country with 2 kids. Airbnb still haven't covered costs!

@bchesky @AirbnbHelp What about protection for guests? I was burgled and left stranded in a foreign country by @airbnb and they have so far failed to compensate me for my losses or ruined holiday.
