What a wonderful story @DavidHarperTV 🙏 So familiar!
Thank you for sharing ❤️

In my appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast, I gave Steven Bartlett a fascimile copy of Papyrus 46 — our earliest evidence of a collection of Paul’s letters. In that particular manuscript page it contained a section of Romans 12.
Take a look at P46 on the updated @CSNTM website https://t.co/rIbMmrXZ37.
@Christianitymag@GeorgePitcher Great piece @GeorgePitcher and thank you for reminding us about the difference between nationalism and patriotism, especially in the wake of the stateside cultural evangelicalism that's made it to UK shores.

As a big fan of Desert Island Discs, it has been a privilege to take part in this!
Thanks to Pastors Rick & Marcy Paynter at Gateway Church, for the work that you do in your School in PNG.

@Christianitymag@cnieuwhof@emmajfowle Great article, and a good insight into Leadership in the Church. Everything that I feared! In a healthy kind of way and with the merit of experience...
This is a dangerous moment for Christians https://t.co/HaK4wKX6dm
Spot on @timfarron "Christianity is not a badge to wear at a protest march..it means recognising that the awesome God of the universe died for your sins, and also for the sins of those people you like the least."
Finally got round to reading this on my Coastal Path pilgrimage in Cornwall - 96 miles in 7 days! 🥾
Made me realise how important Pasties are to human flourishing, and religious freedom is key to all of the secular freedoms that we enjoy and often take for granted! @mbird12
@glenscrivener ‘You live your way into this new way of thinking!’
100%. This was exactly our experience that led us to faith (my wife & I) 10 years ago.
At Church we were welcomed with open arms, no concerns around membership or mass

@mark__robbie I think that with a focus on the anatomical / physiological benefits of the poses only, and if the Philosophy that underpins Yoga can be divorced from your practice, then yes it would be possible potentially.
Great to hear that the conversation with Mike Shreve, hosted by @UnbelievableJB helped you to discern some of the potential pitfalls that may be associated with the practice of Yoga 🤸🏼♂️🧘🏽♂️
@UnbelievableJB thank you so much for the episode on yoga. As a Christian that has benefitted from both yoga and meditation I needed to hear of potential pitfalls. I also needed Mile Shreve’s reminder that the means and end of all Christian spiritual practice is relational.
So nice to hear from you!
I’m sure that my response would have been very different a ‘few decades’ (really?) ago!
Being a Christian and the practice of water are like Oil and Water - they don’t mix!
