Irrespective of KZ's theory of how Teresa Halbach was murdered, she will look to call into question the credibility of certain witnesses who testified at SA's trial. Perjury can lead to re-trials & acquittals.

Update #2 on #CharlesWilcox @Charles16276405 from Rensselaer County is that all request must be sent to the Supreme Court Clerks Office. So back to square one there. Let's see if it actually goes there, and not the DMV office this time.
