@EliotACohen This is an excellent example of offensive defense. Time for the treasury department to weaponize all frozen Russian assets for funding the war against then and reduce the burden of all countries. Another way to maximize national elements of power.

@EliotACohen Historically, Russia turns to a punishment campaign. This will further polarize/isolate Russia. Indications of rules of engagement change are evident. The result = suffering. "Information age" impacts may deteriorate Russian internal will, but will not change operations.
