@SingaporeAir you cancelled my flight and nobody from your team has bothered to call me to offer a refund. so I called 3 times and after being on hold for 3 hours, there is no refund in sight or an acknowledgment. How do I get my refund and why do you inconvenience us like this?

@SingaporeAir I spoke with someone yesterday. They promised me a supervisor call in 24 hours but nothing so far. Absolutely poor customer experience. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and this is how you treat me. I need my money refunded in 48 hours

@MAS @MAS why is a replacement flight being sent more than 24 hours after the incident happened? A flight could have been organized overnight to get passengers on their way this morning. Many passengers are missing the onward connections

@MAS My wife has onward connection to hyderabad and she will miss that flight. The only other flight to hyderabad after tonight is tomorrow at 21:40 which means she has to wait 24 hours before boarding. Can you put her on some other carrier flight that departs sooner?

@MAS Their customer service is horrible and nobody seems to know the alternative about onward connections when asked over the phone. They tell us to figure things out when reach KL airport! Disgusting
