@MAS Their customer service is horrible and nobody seems to know the alternative about onward connections when asked over the phone. They tell us to figure things out when reach KL airport! Disgusting

@MAS @Fauzibest @MAS, my wife's destination is Hyderabad and flight reaches KL at 9 50 pm and HYD flight is at 9 40 pm .. it's not possible to catch that.. when called customer care they are saying airlines will give flight on Jan 20th 9 40 pm..that is ridiculous

@CKayaking85 @MAS Yes.. my wife and kid are also in same flight...there destination is Hyderabad and when called customer care they say may book Jan 20/21:40 if Jan 19th one is not possible
