@PchirchiRN RN, as per Kenya's Public Service, is a title given to a person who has a diploma in nursing, while NO is for a person who has a degree in nursing.
Correct title matters, senior.

Nurses we can't claim to be critical thinkers and still gatekeep bed baths.😂😂 Let HCAs handle the basics so nurses can lead, assess, and THINK!!!
