@JM_Scindia Sir i would request your dept to audit Vistara Club offering to customer, they shy from honouring their comittment , they issue tkt vouchers with @Axis bank but never issue ticket on demand plus put a expiry date to voucher, they are fraud

The entire voucher and club Gopd is a farse , suprisingly TATA group is cheating and Axis is hand in hlove, when ever you ask to redeem the voucher for ticket, theybsay sold out and then they put a validity limit to voucher, basically do not want to honour their commitment.

@airvistara Vistara sucks, they give Axis bank voucher which is time bound and when u want to use they dont have Pre economy seats, alas you expire your voucher. Both Axis Bank and Vistara make fool of customer. As a Gold member i seriously hate my association with Vistara

@LGIndia Very poor after sale service, had bought full drying washing machine , out of warranty, number of complaints done after follow up had a viait, he said will change pcb and nevwr came back after that. What a shameful service in Mumbai
