So many people act like attending to their kids is such a big sacrifice and loss of freedom because they conditioned their mind to chase productivity, money, and status, and they can no longer see that being able to spend time with their kids and watch them grow is one of the highest blessings, privileges, and forms of wealth that they will ever get to experience.
This lecture was once banned from the Internet because of how powerful it is.
Thank God I've recovered it after trying for years.

Titled: Why Dumb people outsmart You..
When it comes to older family members, keep in mind that the things that annoy you the most about them will precisely be the things you will miss the most, then toss aside your differences from the past, understand how little time left you have together, decide on how you want to spend it, and don't forget that sometimes, being kind and not taking yourself too seriously is much more important than being logical and "right."
Once you become financially free, you realize how much mental clarity simply had to do with being relaxed and having the time to think; and once you become a parent, you realize how much happiness simply had to do with having a loving "home" to go back to at the end of every day.
Kanye West has talked about this for decades 👁️
How they changed the hz frequency of modern music to keep humans at their lower chakras and animalistic. (From 432 hz to 440 hz is just one thing)
He specifically used African music as an example too interestingly 🤔
Cholesterol builds every cell wall in your body, and you have 37 trillion of them.
Cholesterol is the raw material for testosterone, oestrogen, progesterone and cortisol. Take it away and the hormones go with it.
Cholesterol is what your skin turns into vitamin D when the sun lands on it.
Cholesterol makes the bile that digests your fat.
Cholesterol wraps every nerve you own in insulation. A quarter of all the cholesterol in your body is in your brain.
Cholesterol is in breast milk at a level no formula company has matched, because the baby is building a brain and the body knows what a brain is made of.
Cholesterol turns up at the site of a torn artery to patch it, which is how it came to be at the scene and got blamed for the crime.
Your liver makes about a gram of it a day, because it cannot afford for you to run short.
The guideline capped what you could eat at 300mg a day, from 1968 to 2015, and then dropped the cap without a word.
Your liver has never read the guideline. It makes a gram a day, every day, and you have been paying a man to fight it.
VIDEO: As the Tooro Kingdom draws closer to the enthronement of King Prince Edward Rukidi Nyabongo I, we bring you a story highlighting some of the rituals performed during Empango.
Calling a ketogenic diet “unsustainable” because many people stop following it is intellectually lazy.
First, there is no single ketogenic diet. A tightly controlled therapeutic diet for childhood epilepsy is not the same as an adult eating meat, eggs, fish, dairy and low-carb vegetables.
Second, dropout rates tell us what happened in a particular study. They do not tell us what every individual can sustain, nor whether the diet works for those who continue.
Finally, if a health-restoring diet is difficult to maintain because of social pressure, family habits and a culture drowning in junk food, that is an indictment of our environment, not the diet.
We don’t call exercise unsustainable because people quit the gym.
James Clear nailed it: “One of the most effective things you can do to build better habits is to join a culture where your desired behavior is the normal behavior.”
Find people who care about their health. Build an environment that supports yours.
If an approach changes your life, don’t let someone else’s dropout rate decide what you can sustain.
Getting older teaches you to refrain from giving advice to 99% of people; most of them will just get defensive and feel like you are being condescendant and should just mind your own business anyway; some of them will actually fully agree with you but won't take any step forward (which will result in time wasted for everybody); and a few of them will nod and smile, but actually start to secretly hate you; and as you look back in retrospect ten or twenty years later, it becomes obvious that the few people with agency who did listen to your advice would have figured things out on their own anyway.
A sauna improves erectile function within a single session. Sunshine does the same. So does a single sprint.
What's the mechanism? None of these target the sexual organ directly.
They restore nitric oxide, which helps increase blood flow. It's the same molecule your visceral fat has been eliminating for years.
“What work should I do?” is one of the most important questions of life and doubly so now that artificial intelligence is a thing.
My implicit position in life as a child was to not care about money or status — little did I know that I was solving one of life's greatest questions.
Optimizing for status & money imposes a game on you. In the pursuit of those things, you end up doing a lot of work that doesn't turn out to be meaningful in the long run.
Don't play status games. All games end and fade into irrelevance. All you have left at the end of them are your outcomes and spent time. You cannot escape that.
Men and women were made to thrive together like a strand of ivy climbing up a wall. their natural separation breeds only weakness and misery, as we see today with hordes of fragmented lost souls drifting toward hell with neither anchor nor harbor. the isolated man is nothing but a branch snapped from the tree, while the unbound woman is a lost leaf wandering without direction. men were made to be trees, with sturdy trunks to shelter women from the winds of chaos, while women were made to be ivy, adorning and admiring the strength of the trees, holding them fast and beautifying their branches. a cleaving together of masculinity and femininity in harmony with the design of the world. anyone telling you otherwise is merely a broken and resentful creature poisoning your mind so you can join them in their pit of misery
If you want to be unbreakable you have to start with getting broken first and learning to eat the experience. the best soil is made of dead things, broken down, digested by worms. same with what you live through, if you can't take it in you can't grow from it
