CLF is intervening in an important case at the SCC this Fall. CLF will argue that provinces have no constitutional authority to prohibit lawyers from openly affiliating with their religion, or to compel them to implicitly identify as "irreligious" at work: https://t.co/Gwv8MiBTJV
