Dr. Samantha Smith’s lab is currently conducting research to explore the bidirectional effects of completing physically-demanding tasks while simultaneously engaging in different types of memory tasks.

Dr. Samantha Smith (CLS) introduces students in the Engineering Psychology and Human Factors Summer Youth Program to Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS), a neuroimaging technique used to understand the relationship between brain activity and mental functions.
