I’m not exaggerating when I say this, I have watched every Celtics game for the last 9 years. At no point has Jaylen brown ever been better than Tatum, going back to Tatums rookie year and first playoffs. He had better games and better series, but he was never the better player.
The Celtics are closer to a full rebuild than they are title contention. just be happy that we got one in this era cause it's not happening again anytime soon
Jayson Tatum isn't the one trying to split the duo up.
Jayson Tatum isn't the one yapping on a kids streaming platform.
Jayson Tatum isn't the one always crying to the media.
Jayson Tatum isn't the one more concerned with what the 1% of haters have to say while ignoring 99% of the fans.
Jayson Tatum is just focused on hooping.
Remember this when y'all Jaylen Brown defenders turn your venom on Tatum when it should be for Brown.
9 years ago today, the Celtics drafted Jayson Tatum.
Since then:
- NBA Champion
- 6x All-Star
- 5x All-NBA
- 4x All-NBA 1st team
- 2x Gold Medalist
- 2022 ECF MVP
- ASG MVP
- Most points in a Game 7
- Only 30+ PPG season in Celtics History
The White Sox need two proven starting pitchers this offseason at MINIMUM. I get they weren’t expected to compete this year but now they know what they need and have no payroll obligations after 2027. No excuse to not put significant resources into the rotation this winter.
I hope this is as close as Wemby gets to the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy after what I saw from him and the Spurs in the playoffs.
The league was trying to force this guy on us. They were basically gifting him a championship.
He got away with dirty play after dirty play.
Post his dirty plays to this thread 🧵 👇
4-1 against the Braves and Dodgers. 6 games over .500. Tied for first in the division. And these guys are coming back soon.
Life is good as a White Sox fan right now.
“You have to seen the best version on Jaylen Brown. I look forward to the next season, we’ll see where the chips fall.”👀

The Celtics went 64-18 in the regular season, 16-3 in the playoffs and didn’t even have a series go past 5 games. They’re easily second behind the 2017 warriors
Victor Wembanyama This Postseason:
-Elbowed Naz Reid to oblivion
-Told his team to hard foul Jared McCain in garbage time
-Threw Brunson’s head to the floor
-Refused to talk to media in the WCF
-Walked off the court last night & didn’t shake hands
How do people like this guy?
