1. What are the reward distribution time frames for some of these use cases for FXRP and also for providing liquidity to some of collateral pools using Flare or Wrapped Flare. In other words, how often can I claim the rewards? Every week? Every month?

The issue here, aside from being charged just to keep something in the fridge, is the insane concept of being charged just for moving an item. You can't even pick a bottle up to look at it or read the label without being charged. What if you have kids and they decide grab something? For all of history it's always been that the mini bar is checked when the staff cleans the room to see what was consumed, then you'd be charged for it. This here is insane.
