CMA secured approval for 2 schemes at Waltham Forest this week. First was a proposal by Dowen Farmer for Manak Homes to redevelop a PFS with 39 homes and commercial units. The second was for amendments by AHMM to Morro’s Co-Living scheme to provide 49 extra shared living homes.

CMA secured a double committee success last week. Our proposals for the Percy Ingle site by Stockwool were approved by Waltham Forest, with 213 homes + 4000sqm commercial. Then our Theydon Road scheme by fourth_space was approved by Hackney, with 48 homes + 2000sqm commercial.

Delighted to see three of our projects, 1 Creekside by @Met_Work, Citizens House by @archio_ltd and Jazz Yard by @BellPhillipsArc, have been shortlisted for the Building London Planning Awards 2023. The winners will be announced in July and we'll be keeping our fingers crossed!

CMA secured permission for this project in 2019 – great to see it has now been completed with residents moving in. Previously an underused garage site, Citizens House's 11 homes are genuinely affordable as part of the community land trust model.
