Ordered a hamper from @marksandspencer for my brother who is recovering from a car vs bike (he was on the bike) accident. Paid premium for @DHLParcelUK to deliver on Saturday. Now Tuesday and they keep saying “delivery failed” - to a 24hr guard room? All other parcels arrived!
