People realizing it’s not worth it and it’s not working given the pay scales at these jobs are not keeping up with cost of living

@itschappy Is it a culture change? The pay off for working that much just isn’t there anymore and the work life balance is hard because most people have to work more than one job to be able to afford things. Younger people are valuing enjoying life more than missing out on it working.
