In filter I have to change the text for sender in my inbox which I want to search.
If you provide sort I have to just click sort button by sender or subject name I’ll do my job.
Please understand this time saving cannot be achieved thru filter option.

We are trying to retrieve the password to login on your GST portal but every time getting below message:

Looking at the above scenario I would most humbly request you to please extend the expiry of 1,25,350 points for another year as I was not able to access the account.

I tried the forget password option but since the account was locked I was not receiving the OTP on SMS or call.
I called the call center numerous times but nothing happened.

Due to this I wasn't able to access my account & not able to redeem the points on time.
Today only the account is unlocked and I've found that 1,25,350 points are going to expire on 31.03.2023.
Now it is impossible for to use such these points in a short period of 22 days only.
