I haven’t given a writing update in awhile. So here it is.
I had a good day. 8123 words added to my dystopian (I know I should be working on project dragon) plus I worked out several plot related issues. Now, sleep time.

@elonmusk I’d love to but my 3 week old 3026 Tesla Model Y RWD is still locked on the Shanghai factory software. Even though I’ve paid for FSD in full, I’m blocked from the feature with no information forthcoming from Tesla Australia when they will fix the issue. 😞

So people are banging on about the budget tomorrow. Actually they have for weeks. At least the speculation can stop.

Me? I’m trying to get some writing done but I’m distracted. I get to pick up my new car tomorrow. So excited. 😆

There I was getting out of my car after parking. Just the usual Friday thing taking mum out to lunch. Then this woman came up to my car opening the back door.

Me: 👀

Her: I’d like to go to…

Me: 🧐

Her: oh, I’m so sorry I thought you were my uber!

Gotta say that’s a first.

Hello weekend! For myself a little red wine & Stargate tonight. Tomorrow I’m going to dive into the Elden Ring DLC. Daily walks & play time for one little executive writing assistant furball. Then Sunday it’s ‘work’ planning for the writing week ahead.

For now, time to relax!

So I’m calling it, Project Dragon book 2 has moved from rough draft to draft stage. Don’t get me wrong no one gets to read this mess of words but me just yet. However it has a beginning, middle and end. The story is there. Now I’m going to have a red 🍷have a great weekend all!

My writing week has had its frustrating moments as well as incredibly productive days. All up I’m going to go with I’ve had a great writing week. After all the frustrating parts were untying some of those knots in the plot, so a positive as well! Have a great weekend everyone.
