@curryspcworld is there an official complaint phone number/email I can use? I am well overdue a refund? Contacting customer services is not an option anymore as I’m getting different answers each time but no actual solution.

How do you make a function do one thing, do it well, do it only? You extract from it any sub functions within it until you can’t extract any more. And then you name those extracted functions really well.

@BlindsDirectGB Too little too late I’m afraid. The instructions should be part of the ordering process not on some pages that I only found out about after searching through the site. It shouldn’t be rocket science I think, I’ve ordered before from a different company and I had no issues at all.

@BlindsDirectGB dissapointed with the ordering process, I just needed the louvres and the order form asked for window width & length. Obviously they’re too long and a week after contacting you I was the one to blame. No clear instructions and money wasted #PoorUserExperience
