Then he drops a bomb: the IRS is unconstitutionally using AI to access everyone’s bank accounts nationwide.

“Like, in six months, they [AI] were able to capture half a billion dollars.”

Mena recalls what an IRS agent told him:

“When I went to the criminal investigation unit, the guy said, ‘The first person you shoot, you’re gonna remember — but after that, you’re gonna shoot like a hundred people. You’re not gonna remember any of them.’”

He adds:

“IRS agents are assholes… they are the definition of an asshole. All of them.”

Looks like Judge Boasberg is defying the Supreme Court.  If I were at DOJ, I'd immediately file a writ of mandamus with either the appellate court or the Supreme Court to force him to immediately comply.  Funny how he's a stickler about his oral order to the Trump administration but blows off the Supreme Court.  The Court said the case is not his, it belongs in Texas.
