@MindMuscleTrain Staying short to the ball and long through the zone is a non-negotiable for being able to attack velo especially anything middle in. Iβve seen it here in the draft league where a lot of hitters are extending early behind the plate while also flying open their front side.
Checking the entry points. π Getting the barrel on plane early isn't a suggestion, itβs a requirement.
Left or Right: who has the better path through the zone?
@JermaineCurtis Iβm taking A, and doing my hardest to lean into that Luis Arraez archetype and being a consistent lead off presence and using the whole field, if I have speed thatβs even better and now Iβm on second base very shortly after
@WhartonTJ Looking for my first year in college ball after the MLB Draft League, where can I start? Willing to relocate anywhere after my summer in Morgantown.
@EmilyCWaldon@The_CallUpPod@EmilyCWaldon heβs also drifting before he gets stacked on his back side before launch. His hands are trying to catch up with the rest of his body as heβs driving forward.
@jbockelie So essentially heβs making better swing decisions, creating more space in his swing, improved his attack angle to get more pull side damage and weβre seeing the product of those changes.
